Registration Info

  • Registrations and abstracts are managed on Meeting247. During the online registration you will enter your contact address.
  • Registration fees (listed below) are paid online with a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). 
  • Early registration can be completed, and fees paid at a later date. However, conference registration is not guaranteed until the registration fee is paid. 
  • The regular registration fee applies if the payment is received after the early registration deadline.      
    Registration fees can also be paid at the conference check-in desk with a credit card.

Please contact Shari McAnally, Conference Coordinator (CAARI.SNEAP@outlook.com) if a conference confirmation/invitation letter is needed from the Conference Organizers to obtain an entry visa.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Cancellations received before 06/01/2024 will receive full refund.
  • Cancellations between 06/01/2024 and 06/30/2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations or substitutions received after 7/01/2024.
  • Please allow 30 days to process your refund.
