Talks
The length of an Invited and Contributed talk will be decided by the Session Chair. In general, Invited Talks are 20-30 minutes long and Contributed talks are 15 minutes long.
Requirements for uploading of the presentation files:
- Presentation files should be stored on a thumb drive (flash drive) formatted for a PC and brought to the conference to be uploaded to the provided computer shortly before your session starts.
- The accepted presentation files formats are Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF.
Posters
Required poster size is : Portrait Orientation - 3' Width x 4' Length.
The posters will be attached with Velcro which you can obtain at the registration desk.
You are welcome to mail your poster to yourself at the hotel. Please indicate CAARI Conference on the mailing label (along with your name) and it will be stored until your arrival.
