CAARI-SNEAP 2024 will host a total of 3 Plenary talks, 1 Vendor Roadshow, 66 Invited/Contributed speaker sessions and 1 Poster session.

Plenary Talks
The Plenary sessions will begin each day at 9am on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with one presentation each day. We will hold a Vendor Roadshow on Tuesday morning.
Invited and Contributed Speaker Talks
Sessions will consist of one 90-minute session in the morning and two 90-minute sessions in the afternoon (except for Wednesday and Friday which only have morning sessions).
Poster Session
Poster Session will be held in the Grand Ballroom, alongside the Vendors. Posters will be displayed since 1 PM Monday and will need to be taken down by the end-of-day Thursday. Poster session includes also the Student Poster Competition.
Manuscripts
Please note that CAARI-SNEAP 2024 will not be publishing manuscripts this year; however, the abstracts will be archived on the conference website for future reference.
Vendor Exhibit Show
Vendor Roadshow on Tuesday morning in the Grand Ballroom.
The Vendor Exhibit show will run from 7:00am-7:00pm Monday through Thursday in the Grand Ballroom.
We have a variety of Vendors this year, so please stop by, view their products, and say “thank you” to the representatives for continuing to support the CAARI-SNEAP conference. Without our vendors, CAARI-SNEAP would not be able to support our students.
